Extremely, extremely disappointed- starting and ending with the lack of professionalism from the manager Kathy. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life, and completely unprovoked.

I was given a quote of 750. Kathy stated she would be my primary contact throughout the process. She stated that it takes 1-7 business days for pickup, and she would contact me when ready for pickup.

After 7 business days, I called to get an update. The secretary stated Kathy was busy. I was kept on hold for 3 minutes, at which point the secretary said "I cannot have you keep holding. I will leave a message for Kathy, who is on the phone, and she will call back." No call back.

Next evening, again called for update. Again told that Kathy was busy. I explained that I was just looking for an update, the delivery time was not even all that important. Again a different person, who states that no message was left for Kathy and that according to the computer, Kathy had just started working on it 30 minutes ago (this on Business-Day, 8 mind you). I was also told that pickup is 1-10 business days, not 1-7, and that Kathy (the manager) had misinformed me on the initial phone call. Interesting.

Waited another few days (2 business days, 4 days total). Again simply called for an update. Again, a different customer representative because again Kathy was busy. They told me that I would get a call soon. No call of course.

So then today, two business days later. I get the most unprofessional service I've ever seen. Kathy calls and tells my wife "We've found a carrier...". My wife says, "Ok thats goo..". She is cut-off by Kathy. "I AM NOT DONE! Like I was trying to say, it will cost 200 more which after discount is 50 less than the rebate which is... wait um, so total is less than... So it's 950." Obviously my wife was confused, I got on the phone, introduced myself and then Kathy proceeded to go absolutely bananas on me for no reason?! I told her "Well 950 is too much, I thought it was 750." She yells back "Like I told you NUMEROUS times, thats an ESTIMATE. (**By the way, I never was told that considering we only talked once but ok**). I can't control what the carrier wants. There just aren't any carriers going through there so I dont know how long its going to take, OK??" I said "Ok thats fine, but I don't think we can do that price. And I really don't appreciate the way you are speaking to me. Is there a manager I can speak with?" Kathy responds, "i AM THE MANAGER. And if you think this is unprofessional behavior or whatever, then you don't have to deal with us."

I replied "Wow, ok. I guess I would like to cancel the deal then... I just want to make sure that my credit card isn't charged since you guys asked for it at the beginning." (By the way, the website states they won't ask for payment until delivery?) Kathy interjects, "I did not take one DIME from you. I've been working for FREE this WHOLE TIME." I am still in shock, try to calmly explain that this is not the proper way to talk to a customer especially one who is not trying to cause any problems or be hostile. She says "OK, we are done, ok?". Not sure what happened or why, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Really really disturbing.

So now 2 weeks later, still no car and I'm left scrambling for companies. Again, the delivery time isn't even that important- 2 weeks from now will still be fine. I am a pretty calm person and am still in shock. I am sure they will offer a rebuttal because this looks bad for them. But there was no continuity in service, questionable work ethics, and horrible service compounded by horrible management. I've dealt with Cascade Auto before, and they were the complete opposite.
