We had booked with another Carrier who took our deposit and did not show up. Our furniture
was long gone and we sat in an empty house sleeping on an air mattress waiting for the other
carrier to find a driver. Never happened, they took our money and ran.

We read the reviews on line and found Magic Carpet had the best reviews so we called them,
with some reservations after our first experience and they were very helpful, explaining the
process and how they worked.

We called Magic Carpet on a Thursday and our car was picked up on a Tuesday. The driver
called well in advance to let us know when he was coming and several times just prior to
let us know when the expected arrival time would be. Cost was $1,170.00 with a $50.00
rebate after arrival.

Our car was to travel nearly 3,000 miles and the driver said approx. 10 days to get there.
Our car arrived at destination a day early and in fine shape, although a bit dirty from the road
trip which is to expected. Dirt washes off and there was no damage of any kind to the car.
Not to mention the fact that we saved 3,000 miles of wear and tear not driving it.

Driver was courteous and we met him at a Home Depot parking lot where he took the car off
the carrier very carefully. Driver seemed like an old friend when we met him in person and
seemed to be very concerned that our car was received in the same order as loaded onto his
carrier. Good Job, Rich !!!

Magic Carpet did everything they promised and did it well. If we ever have to move a vehicle
again that car will be taking a "Magic Carpet Ride". Thanks Kathy and team, job well done !!!
