i originally contacted magic carpet a little over 4 months ago, i ended up not being able to use them at the time. i cancelled then through john and he was completly understanding. i finally called them back again and spoke to john again. he worked with my very specific condition that required tedious pickup and delivery times and made sure the driver understood i couldnt pick the truck up before a certain date. john was a great guy to work with and even helped me out with a military discount. i would definately use magic carpet again if i needed to.

Howie, your situation (auto transport) was one of the more difficult ones... specific times/dates for pickup and delivery, then we had a remote location to deal with as well. In the end, we were able to work thru all of the issues and get your vehicle deliveried safely.
