This company got it done. They were friendly and worked when I asked. There did seem to be a disconnect between them and the driver and pick up and drop off times. They were more reactive than proactive. I had to request they do some research on status updates. However, they did so with a smile. The above dots for knowledgeable / hold times/ promptness/ overall customer satisfaction/ primary contact person and secondary were not working well. Overall they got the job done and I would use them again but would better state my expectations.
