I was very apprehensive regarding shipping my car. I called Kathy over and over again, she was alway polite, reassuring, and confident in her mannerisms. When I decided to go with Majic Carpet I was happy that many of my concerns were minimized as I had to set my plane ticket to correspond with my car arriving in Honolulu. However, once shipped, my car arrived far eariler than expected and the Honolulu docks would only hold my car for a number of days, which extended the time of my flight arrivial and had it not been for Kathy, I would have paid the dock fees. She graciously made arrangements for me to pick up my Xterra on the next working day upon my arrivial. I can't thank her enough!!!! I would definately use Majic Carpet again if I needed to ship my car.
