Overall customer service was not great AND I had to pay more than the quoted price to ship my car at the very last minute. I spoke to Kathy who assured me that my pick up date would be fine since I had a plane ticket for the day after my scheduled pick up. I waited for the exact pick up date/time and it was impossible to reach her on the phone or get any information from the office other than the date agreed to was not going to happen. I was inconvenienced at a crucial time during my move and ended up leaving my car with a relative. The car was picked up 5 days late and cost me close to $300 more than originally quoted. They told me that this was the only way that I could get my car there in a reasonable time. When I finally received a call back I was told that the weather was the delay, at the time I did not see any storms across the country. It wasn't until I called another company to see if I could use them instead that I was given the honest explanation that the number of cars going to the West Coast wasn't high enough for transporters to want the bid.
Furthermore, when doing this review it would not let me select "Poor" in the knowledgeable section. It seems a like a hoax when you try to give an honest review.
The only thing that was good was the actual transporter himself. He was great and kept me informed every step of the way and was on-time on his end.

Sorry Sandy things didnt go well. I only asked for $61 more not $300 like you claimed. The weather was bad and it delayed the pick up out of NJ which no one can control that. I did the best i could to get your car picked up and delivered safely. Kathy
