This was my first time utilizing such a service. I called several and decided upon this company because of the internet ratings and the discussion I had with their representative Crystal. The transport was complicated because of the Christmas and New Year's holidays. It took a few more days than I expected to actually arrange for a pick up of the vehicle, but once that was completed, all went very smoothly. The transport was made in an enclosed trailer with only a couple of vehicled - I had anticipated an open trailer. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the driver was very accomodating. I would use Magic Carpet again.
