Magic Carpet Auto Transport is an excellent company to ship with. I came across their website because of TrasportReviews.com, they were listed under a 5 star company. I read the reviews and went on their site to get a quote. I saw they matched prices based on what other 4 or 5 star companies quoted me, so I called them up and Stephanie was extremely helpful from day 1. This was during the holidays, which is probably the worst time to get a car picked up (Christmas and New Years), but Stephanie helped me out the whole way through. I must have called her about 5 different times to change the shipping date, and not once did she ever become annoyed or aggravated. Within a few days, Stephanie was able to find a carrier who happened to have one spot left on his truck. Stephanie had contact with the driver the whole way through, and kept me up to date as to where he was and when he was arriving. My car arrived in perfect condition, a little dirty, but driving from Illinois to Florida, I wouldn't have expected anything less. Car had no dings, dents, or scratches, so I was very satisfied. Jusuf, the driver, was very nice and also had great communication. He definitely knew what he was doing, and I have no complaints about him either. If I ever have to ship another car, I will definitely use Magic Auto Transport. Thank you, Stephanie :)
