The beginning of the process was great but the driver had come early and my car wouldnt start so there were some issues there. When I contacted my service agent about me being put in an unsafe situation while loading my truck and car she kind of showed that she didnt care. When asked if I can be compensated for some of the cost she said she would get back to me. She to this day a month later has yet to get back to me. I consider it a dead situation.

Erik, I know that you feel like you havent recieved the response that you wanted. But the last time you left a review I stated that you agreed with the carrier to help load the vehicle. If you felt this would have been unsafe you should have called me. I didnt even know until the next day?! When I talked to you about the vehicles you told me " I need to get my cars on the road immediately, I want to help the carrier". It was your choice. I suggested to you that we should wait for a different carrier that would be able to load your vehicles with a wench. I am sorry you didnt feel we helped you with your situation but there isnt much i can do after the fact. I hope you are enjoying your new home and career. Good luck. Nicole
