How much does a review cost?

The answer, $50. That is the "discount" Magic Carpet gives you after completing a review on this website. My expirience with Magic Carpet wasn't completely bad they were responsive to emails and answered the phone when I called. On to the bad stuff I found Kathy to be combatative and rude. When I challenged her about the 3% fee for using a Credit Card she cut me off.

I decided to go with Magic Carpet because of all the possitve reviews. A $50 refund comes after leaving a reveiw.

When I decided to cancel with Magic Carpet Kathy was not available so I cancelled with the agent that anwered the phone,it was that simple or so I thought. The next day I get an email telling me that a driver was dispatched to pick my car up. I called imediatly to confirm that my order was cancelled. Kathy was not available so I was put on hold, while I'm waiting on hold Kathy calls me on my other line (really good communication). Once again she was argumentative about not getting a note about me cancelling my order. She argued with me, not cool at all.
I got my order cancelled and now I'm really regretting not flying out to pick the car up myself.

Mine could be a aboration in what seems to be a really good company but there is a $50 rebate for leaving a review.

Ironzey, Im sorry you feel this way, I merely ask you who it was that you talk to so I could talk to that person. It is very important for good communication in the office so situations doesnt happen like this again. We work very hard to find carriers and is very frustrating when you locate one and to find out the order was canceled. My apologies again.
