I would highly recommend their service to anyone and only use their service for my next transport. Initially I had booked service with other company which could not pick up my car by the pick up date but Stephanie did excellent job by arranging pick up at the last moment and I wasn't left stranded but of course it cost a little more but I have no regrets that it cost me more just glad that it came safely and yes it took a little more time but weather was nasty too but I would not hesitate to use their service in future. They keep you up todate on vehicle and they are prompt in response as well.
