It is very easy for me, a very tough grader and buyer, to give MCAT a five star rating. My story, with details is below. While I'm too busy to be avalable for you to contact me, I did want to make sure I provided enough "color" about my experience to give you the confidence sign up Magic Carpet Auto Transport for any auto transport need you may have.

FIRST...
MCAT absolutely met my firm timelines and schedules.

SCHEDULE
As I filled out this form, I realized that the car was picked up late (about 12 hours) and dropped off late (about a day) relative to the targets we agreed on.

If these slight delays were problematic, my bet is they would have managed things even more aggressively to achieve the objectives we agreed on. As it is, they set even more aggressive timelines than I needed so if there were delays (for example due to weather - like the major storms that were occurring across the country at this particular time), they would still be able to meet the commitments they made to me.

The modest delays for this delivery were not a big issue for me, particularly compared to another carrier who I cancelled to work with MCAT.

COMMUNICATIONS
MCAT was always on the ball communicatinng with me and explaining what was happening. The various people I communicated with were all professional, courteous, and effective.

SELECTING THEM
My BMW dealer actually selected another firm and that firm called to tell me they could not make the deadlines we agreed to. When I cancelled that order and posted my job on the Internet to make a very challenging timeline at this point, I received about two dozen calls to handle the delivery of my BMW. Kristaan at MCAT was among the most professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I picked her and sure am glad I did!

She explained everyting patientely and answered all my questions effectively. She also explained why MCAT pre-authorizes my credit card and helped me get comfortable with that process when many other firms said to never provide a credit card or payment before pick up of the car. I DID. And it was fine.

PRICING VERY COMPETITIVE
Kristaan's price was very competitive with others and they had a very aggressive timeline to meet which might have required them to pay more to get a driver to commit to the schedule. No problem for Kristaan, the dispatcher at MCAT, and the rest of the team there.

MET IN PERSON
Finally, and maybe by coincidence, I actually met Kristaan who was in town at the company headquarters in Vancouver, WA - right across the Columbia River from Portland, Oregon. She helped me drop off a car for a second order because I was satisfied with my first experience.

Thanks MCAT and thanks Kristaaan.

PS Even though part of MCAT's pricing provides a modest rebate if I fill out this form, I would have done so anyway and with pleasure. In fact, I love the idea that they provide enough of an incentive to make sure it gets done so others can make better, more informed decisions.
