I shopped around for a reputable company to transport my vehicle. I was attracted to this company because of the name. I called and even during the first call, I was put on hold. On susequent calls (to the 800 number) the person said hello and put me on hold right away. Even when they were going to transfer the call to the rep, I was put on hold for quite a while. It seemed like they were very busy because even when talking to the rep, I heard a lot of back ground noise of people talking and laughing. In any case, the rep worked with me to help me find a truck to transport my vehicle. She said that they were one of the best companies since they had a 5 star rating.
I am happy with the transport truck company (seperate review) but not too pleased with the fact that this company- Magic Carpet- charged my credit card more than I authorized over the phone. I have had to call back three times to get the issue resolved and they still (2-3 wks later) are still "working on it". I still haven't gotten my refund.
I would probably not recommend this company to a friend unless they were able to send the payment in with a check. I would not reccommend anyone to use a credit card with this company because it appears that they have extra hidden fees that are not written on the contract.

I'm sorry you feel this way, like i explain this was a 3% change from paypal
