Me and My fiance relocated from Portland Oregon to Anchorage Alaska and needed to ship our cars. I would have prefered to drive but I didn't have a passport so this was the only option. A man picked up my car on Thursday and loaded it on his truck and shipped it to Tacoma where it was put on a ship and arrived in Alaska on Wednesday of the following week. I was called and notified where my car was, how long I had until I would be charged (1 day) and the phone number of the company that was holding my car. Customer service was very helpful and promt. My car arrived in the exact same condition it was in when it was picked up in Portland. I am very satisfied with the service and would do it again.
