It's always nerve racking when you entrust your vehicle to someone else with the "hope" that everything goes as promised. My experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was beyond my expectations. The initial booking was a bit confusing for me as my vehicle came from Hawaii to my door in Arizona. If I had booked my car to be shipped by Matson and then used Magic Carpet it would have costed me more money. I was happy when I was told that I would save a bunch of money by leaving it to Magic Carpet. When my vehicle arrived in Long Beach, CA someone called me to let me know it was there and that the truck driver would be picking it up. Next thing I knew, the truck driver calls to ask me if I would like delivery tonight or early in the morning. Ecstatic that my car would be dropped off 4 days early, I waited for the night time arrival and was surprisingly pleased with how the car looked. The truck driver was very professional. The next morning I received a follow up call from Kathy at Magic Carpet to make sure that I was pleased with everything. WOW! I will never use another company for transporting my vehicles. I highly recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
