Magic carpet saved the day and Kathy was perfect. I origanally used another company ( DAS) and was getting nowhere fast infact all I got was the run around. It was about 8 days with DAS and I had had enough of the poor customer service and lack of results. I visited this site and went straight to the top ( Magic Carpet) and got results fast. My Bronco was picked up the same day I switched from DAS and committed to Magic Carpet. I was kept informed throughout the process. My Bronco was oversized and proved to be a real difficulty for others but not Magic Carpet. I highly recommend these folks and will use them again.
