I have to admit that there were some rocky times, but overall service was good and our cars got there in one piece so I can honestly say that the job got done so I'm happy. I recommend that for new users to the service (like myself), that Magic do a little better job in prepping consumers on the overall process. It would have prevented some worry on my part. However, overall very happy with the service.
