We were very pleased with the delivery of our car to Sioux Fall, South Dakota. We have not used a car transport before and the whole experience was very smooth. Nicole was patient with all of our questions and concerns. We were contacted both by e-mail and phone to keep us informed of price quotes and scheduling. The price seamed reasonable and we weighed the cost against flying to drive it home and the time that would have taken. Once we gave Nicole the go ahead on scheduling the delivery it took a couple of days to recieve notice of the pick up date. She kept the order open for two possible delivery locations and the one to Sioux Falls was picked up first. This was great and it was delivery on the date promised. The truck company driver was very friendly and called several times to keep me informed of his schedule. We could not get the car delivered directly at our house because of trees overhanging the streets in the neighborhood. The driver called and we met him at a near by parking area. The car was on the bottom rack at the end and it did have a fair amount of dirt on it. I would not have expected anything else. Overall we were very impressed with the process and happy to have our little sports car. I would highly recommend this transport company to anyone needing to transport anywhere in the country.

JoAnn, I cant believe that we were able to get the transport to YOUR location first. This was more of a long shot but we NEVER needed to use your back up location. I AM SO HAPPY THAT EVERYTHING WENT GREAT. Please let me know if there is anything i can do for you in the future. ~NICOLE~
