Increase price and charge my credit card without notifying me

I had the online quote from Magic Carpet, call them, Briana Peterson confirmed the price. However, the way she handled my case was extremely unprofessional. Just to get the invoice with correct name, contact info and address, I have to call her multiple times.
On Sunday, she sent me an email asking to increase the price by $20 so that she can arrange a driver for me next Monday. According to her, I need to pay $170 as deposit and rest to driver directly. I agreed. To my surprise and anger, then I checked my credit card statement in a few weeks, I was charged $250 instead of $170. I called her, while we were talking over the phone; she sent me an invoice with $80 higher price. Basically, she increased the price without notifying me, charged my credit card without my agreement, did not give me a good explanation even after I called her and wait for her investigation for over two weeks.
This is outrageous and it is illegal as well, basically, they increase the price by $80, charged my credit card without my permission, refuse to take any action after I realized what they did.
