The business model in auto transport is tough. Th company you contract is not the company who actually transports your car - in most of the cases.

In my case, Magic Carpet Auto's customer service was great - Briana was very upfront and honest, explained everything to me about my quote, and was extremely responsive on email and on phone to my contact. She called me back very quickly, and emails were answered typically within 20 mins.

I cannot fault MCA for delay in pickup - it was another company. The driver who actually took my car to CA from TN was very courteous and professional - the admin staff were very hard to comprehend on phone.
