Having worked with Magic Carpet in the past and having a excellent experience, I wanted to definitely reach out to them again when I had to move another car from Florida to Texas (I also provided a review for my first experience that can be read in reference to this one). I experienced no issues last time, but sadly I'm not able to say the same for this time.

I made my initial contact with Sue on a Tuesday I believe and we were able to get something scheduled for the next day (Wednesday). However, due to a paperwork issue on the driver's company side, it was never processed resulting in the car not being picked up. Magic Carpet worked quickly to find another company. When they made the next arrangement for the car to picked up with another company, it was scheduled fairly quickly to be picked up. Once again, however, that company failed to pick up the car. The driver was delayed in South Florida and was not able to pick up at night due to "inspecting the car at night made it difficult" so it was moved to the next morning. I received a call in the morning from Magic Carpet letting me know that the truck had broken down and we would need to find yet ANOTHER company. Finally on the third attempt (which was close to being the last chance for Magic Carpet to make this work for me) they finally pulled through and found a company and drive to get the car to Texas. Everything in the end worked out find, minus the few issues we had on arranging the move.

Although we had some difficulties arranging driver and companies to work with, the overall experience with Magic Carpet was excellent. They kept me informed with the status of the order and even when things got cancelled or moved around, they worked had to get something else scheduled. I appreciate their hard work and ensure they are an excellent company to work with and will continue to reach out to Sue in the future, if I have any other cars to move. Thanks for all the help Sue - I appreciate it!

sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-834-2900 Hi Nate. I'm so glad this all finally worked out. Whew and Yikes! I don't believe I've ever had 2 trucks have to cancel on me before. I was sweating it out as much as you were. I never like to see things like that happen, but in the trucking business things are bound to happen from time to time. I'm so grateful you stuck it out with me and even posted a wonderful review besides! I really like working with you and thanks again for your patience! Happy holidays, Sue
