The customer service I received from Jon at Magic carpet was good. He was informed and answered all of my questions about the transport. He called me back on time and kept me updated as he looked for a carrier. After there were issues with the company that shipped the car and scratches on the bumper Jon also followed up with me and contacted me so I would know who to contact from the shipping company and how to contact their insurance if needed.
