Promises not fulfulled, quote not adhered to and a time line lost. I tried to work with Magic Carpet Auto for weeks trying to get my car picked up before they told me that I would have to pay another $424 over my quote.

They told me several times they would call me back and never did. I did get my car three weeks after paying the extra money. It was as dirty as I have ever seen a car. I was told when I decided to go with Magic Carpet Auto that my car would be on the top front of the transport truck to protect it from the oil and etc from the other cars. My car traveled across country on the very end of the carrier. The transporter was kind enough to give me back $20 of my payment to get it washed. That is how bad it was. The transporter was the only professional person I dealt with during this whole affair.

I wrote the company a letter on February 10, 2912 but as of this date have not heard one word from Magic Carpet Auto. So much for service and getting back to you.

Very disappointed- - is an understatement!
