The service that was given was beyond excellent. Customer service was exquisite. Mashell and Sheila was very courteous and very flexible with my situation. They played a great job of team work. They did follow up with me, assist me with time of car arrival, worked with me with my financial situation. The truck driver was also courteous and on time. I loved the service and now I know who to call when the next time I'm needing help to transport my car around the state....LOL....hopefully it won't be a next time but just in case I know who to call. I will past this down as a reference to someone in need of towing there car. I have been with out a car for 6 months just to know that you have a car and have no access to it was driving me crazy. For the longest I was trying to make plains to go get my car but would never work out for me. I just wished I new about Magic Carpet auto transport a hole lot sooner. I want to thank everyone one for excellent service once again.
