My contact at Magic Carpet was very polite and explained the whole process clearly. Pick up and delivery was on time. Rate seemed reasonable compared to other companies. There is a damage issue but that has nothing to do with Magic Carpet, only the transporter and Magic Carpet is helping to get it resolved.
