Kathy was very friendly and my car made it to its destination although I was told 10-12 days and it was 3 days. Great .....but it was unexpected and hard for planning purposes.

Also had to spend $150 more than quoted to get my car picked up. There wasn't any communication near pick up date - I had to call in twice.
