All of my emails were answered promptly. Roughly 48 hours after placing the order, my car was on its way. Delivery was right on time, and there was no damage. The driver brought the car within walking distance of my house. The only issue was when the driver asked for the balance due, which was more than the agreed to amount. I contacted Joanne Parker and she took care of the matter almost immediately. That's what I mean by great customer service. I would recommend to others.
