The broker agent, Jeff, was pretty candid with me about the process and I felt the entire time through that he was honest and down to earth about the terms of the transport arrangement. There were a few miscommunications with the broker's company throughout the exchange and the transport company they chose wound up being a day earlier with only 40 minutes notice, so I had to leave work suddenly to arrange pick-up.

Also, at one point during the exchange, I spoke with a female agent who refused to e-mail me details and said she'd just call back and leave a voicemail (I was out and about on my cell phone and didn't have access to a pen and paper to write down the notes she wanted to give me). She was also a little impersonal, but my experience with Jeff and the transaction as a whole was otherwise great and I would definitely consider them again if I have to move another vehicle.

This review process is a necessary step in participating in a rebate program that this broker offers. I was asked to leave an 'Excellent' rating, but was assured on the phone that such a rating is not mandatory to complete the rebate program, only that I complete a review. I am expecting to be compensated with a $100 rebate for completing this review per the terms of that program.
