When I called, she was very helpful, I felt like I am talking to a friend, not a business.
Everything was done correctly, she called me back to ask if the email she sent me (confirmation) was correct.
She checked with me to find out if the car was picked up. When I left a message for Lori, she called me right back, answered my questions and made me feel at ease about the transaction.
She was overall - perfect. I have my own business, I would hire her anytime, because of her personality on the phone.
I would recommend this company to anybody. I was very pleased with just about everything.
The pick up was on time, the delivery was early, the car was in the same condition as I had left it in Florida.
