M2Reeves provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. My contact on the phone, Maria, was polite, well informed and a delight to deal with. She always followed through with her end of the process, from promptly e-mailing me my order confirmation to informing me as soon as a carrier was found, giving me his name and phone number, to accurately providing a delivery date. The driver was also very professional. He kept me posted on his progress and the car arrived in excellent condition. Finally, I did a lot of comparison pricing and M2Reeves was the best value; one competitor was a full $200 more than M2Reeves!
