lack of communication/information

The customer service was great when I first showed interest is shipping my car from Florida to Hawaii... emails and phone calls were returned within the next day. Because I was shipping my car to Hawaii, the whole shipment fee of $1977 was required prior to the pick up. After the $1977 was debited from my account, I emailed Jannah(the representative that I have been in contact with) to get some sort of paper work stating the details of my shipment. She didnt return my emails nor did she return my call. I did get a generalized email from M2Reeves stating the driver was going pick up my car on 6/5/10... 3 days past the pick up window of 7-10 days. I got another email stating that my car arrived at the California port as expected on 6/14/10. I was originally told it would take 3-4 weeks to ship my car from Florida to Hawaii and just yesterday morning (6/29/10) I called M2Reeves for the status of my car. Jannah had told me that in was in the California port waiting to be shipped, she wasnt sure because she didnt deal with shipments to Hawaii, she would get back to me on that...she never did. Come to find out my car has been sitting at the Hawaii port for a few days now and if I didnt get someone to pick it up by July 2nd, I would be charged a storage fee. I know this because the shipping company from California to Hawaii called my brother(the person picking up my car) in Hawaii (just last night) and told him this. No one informed me that my car had arrived in Hawaii prior to the phone call my brother received. I expected an email or a call from M2Reeves stating my car reached it's final destination of Hawaii, still have not heard anything from them. If I was shipping my car within the cintinental US... MAYBE I would use M2Reeves again, but definately WILL NOT use them if I have to ship outside the continental US.
