-Facts: The employees I spoke to over the phone were professional and friendly. They informed me on the important information I should know when shipping my car such as when I should ship my car if I want it at my destination on a particular date, how to prepare my car for shipping, and the process when shipping a car from Hawaii. I really appreciate how they kept me informed on my shipping through email and phone. I liked how the informed my when my car left hawaii, when it got pick up at the port in Long Beach, when my car was in transit to texas, and updated me on the estimated delivery. My overall experience was good. The only problem I came across was when I dropped off my car at the port in Honolulu, Hawaii. They said I had a 800 dollar balance due and need to be paid before the can ship my car. I was confused and had to search for M2reeve's number to clear everything up. The whole process took about 30 minutes but was eventually cleared up.
Price: I was happy with the price. I did my research and called several car shipping companies. M2reeves offered the best price to ship my car. A plus was that the ship to you residence. Many of the other car shipping companied will ship to a city close by at a more expensive price. I also like the incentive of a 50 dollar back when submitting a review.

Timeline of Events: They keep you very well informed about the events through email. I really appreciate how they were clear and precise on the process when shipping my car. A plus was when the driver was an hour away from the drop off location, he gave a courtesy call to let me know.
