i had to take it into my own hands to get my car picked up on the day that i needed it picked up. pretty much they gave me a date after i needed my car gone, then it was up to me to contact the truck driver and meet him an hour away to get my car picked up on the day i needed. maybe i'm just lazy but for $812, i'm sure they should have been able to handle the logisitcs.
