My experience with this transport service was a good one. My vehicle was picked up on time, delivered early and the cost was the average going rate. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating was due to a change in my original transport representative, Cassie. I originally decided to go with this firm after reading their good reviews and how they really followed through with communication during the entire vehicle transport. I had received many other transport bids and decided to go with this company especially after speaking with their representative, Cassie. Her extremely friendly manner followed by her phone calls and emails made me feel that she was the person that I wanted to deal with for my vehicle transport. I had been dealing with Cassie for a couple of weeks prior to my ready date and she was awesome! Days before my pick up date I received an email reply stating that Cassie was no longer handling my transport and I was told that anyone in the office could answer my questions. I was sent an email regarding the scheduled pick up and we received one call. The new representative was professional, but nothing like the super friendly customer service that I had received from Cassie. I received an email about two days after the vehicle had been picked up stating that "my vehicle was picked up" which of course I was aware of since I had met the driver to drop off the vehicle. Three days into the transport, I called for an update regarding my vehicle. I was told that they usually don't follow up since they speak with so many customers and that is why they give the customer the driver's contact number directly. I did call the driver for a status and it all worked out. Bottom Line: I was happy that my vehicle was picked up on time, delivered before the estimated arrival date, the price was fair and the fact that my vehicle arrived to me in good condition. I'm confident had Cassie still been assigned to my vehicle transport I would have received many follow up calls giving me an update of my vehicle along the way, but unfortunately I think she no longer works there. Her awesome customer service and super friendly attitude will be a great loss to this company.
