I was told that initially it would take 1-11 days for pickup and on the 10th day I called to just get a status update. Amy was not available, so I spoke to another sales person, not sure what her name was. Anyway, she initially was pleasant explaining why my car has not been picked up yet. The truck driver wanted an extra $25-$50 dollars more, but no where in the 10 days did I get any call informing me of these issues. She then got escalated and was arguing, basically with herself and when I stopped her from talking, she got even more unpleasant.
I hope they record their conversations and their employers can listen to how their salespeople actually talk to customers and work on training their people to be more professional. I know that I didn't give her reason to scream and yell at me, as I kept and even tone. I also had my coworker listen in on the conversation and agreed that she was very unprofessional.
I then was transferred to Amy, who initially helped me with the order and basically could not guarantee when the pick up can occur, which is from CA. to NJ. Since I waited patiently for 10 days, I decided to use another transport company since I could not get an actual date of when my car would be picked up.
Initially, Amy told me that they were sister companies with Cascade, but when I informed Cascade of the information, they disagreed and said they use the same quoting system, dispatchers and truckers, but are owned by different people.

I know that they have a lot of good reviews on here, but they also give you a rebate to review prior to getting the actual car transported, so I recommend that you save the $50 and call other places before going with M2Reeves based on their unprofessionalism.
