This was the second time we used M2Reeves Car shipping. The first time the experience was flawless. Emily in the office was wonderful. This time, however, Emily was still very nice and helpful but it took 13 days for us to get the car. This meant we had to rent a car for an additional week, costing us a bundle. Neither M2Reeves nor the trucking company would give us any kind of a refund. Not sure if I would recommend them again.
