I shipped my car from San Francisco to Philadelphia in January 2010. Brenda helpped me set up the door-to- door shipping and did a great job. The truck driver was found on 6th day after my car was available because few drivers were around Bay area. Then the car was picked up immediately. It took them only 4 days to deliver the car without any damage. Only thing I don't like is that truck driver didn't pick up/deliver the car directly to my home, instead they asked me to meet them at places about 3 miles away. They're saying that it would be easier for them to park the truck over there. I did what they asked. Actually they just parked in the middle of a street, there's a big parking lot in my apartment. This is my first time shipping car, they probably do that to every customer. Anyway, Brenda's service is great, I'd recommend M2 to other people.
