Communication could be better

The time period for the pickup and delivery was around the December holidays. So, we had a large window to insure the car arrived close to the desired time. None the less, we were getting close to our departure date (by air) and the car was yet to be picked up. Despite repeat emails and phone calls to Brenda, there was not any contact. We were pretty frustrated and annoyed. Finally, we stopped trying to contact Brenda and just spoke to anyone. This was marginally better. The car was eventually picked up two days after we arrived in California and delivered one week later. The owner has given us a $100 rebate, bringing the total price to $700, a great deal. I'm not sure if I'll use Reeves again, but I appreciate the owner phoning me.
