Pick up was 6-7~ hours later than expected but was completed with minimal drama. Auto transporter guys had no issues with the items I had loaded into the car (clothes, blender, computer, lamp) which probably totaled 250 pounds. The transporter guys arrived a day earlier than the date I was originally given. Though having never been to DC, they politely offered to meet me downtown at my work if it would be more convenient for me. I was concerned that my jeep would be dirty and that they would have joy ridden it (it is an SRT8) especially after they remarked on how much they liked it. The jeep was actually very clean despite coming across the country on an open carrier and I verified that the odometer matched what it was at the destination with a picture. The guys were careful getting my vehicle off the carrier (although a piece of the bumper that was already damaged prior to pickup was ripped off, not their fault) and were extremely gracious of the $50 tip I gave them.
