My only complaint about M2Reeves was that I had to drop the car off in a lot off of 95 when the car was picked up in Connecticut. I think that this was mostly a mis-communication because M2Reeves is the dealer that finds the car shipper, which for me was Pioneer Auto Express, and my issue was mostly with the shipper. I would not have had a problem with dropping the car off if I had know that I was going to have to do this. I expected to wake up and have the car picked up, and when I had to wake up and drop the car off, especially because the shipper arrived early, it was kind of an unpleasant surprise. However, when I contacted M2Reeves about the issue they were very helpful and assured me that I would not have the same problem when the car was dropped off in San Marino, California. In San Marino, two people came to drop off the car because San Marino doesn't allow large trucks on the street, so M2Reeves definitely solved the pick-up/drop-off problem for me. They also held my car until I arrived in California, and were able to accommodate me in terms of a drop off time. Overall, I think that M2Reeves was a very good price, although my car is extremely dirty because of the open carrier. Be sure to ask any relevant questions about the pick-up and drop-off especially on narrow or windy streets and be aware that you need to pay the shipping company in cash, even though there is a partial deposit on a credit card when the car is initially picked up.
