Great first time experiance

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I did a lot of research on line and by word of mouth (I know people that ship their cars often) and at first I had a company that I didn't really feel comfortable with. Then I went on-line again and found this car shipper. I am so glad that I did! I spoke with "Kate" she was very polite and answered all of my questions all one million of them! She walked me through the process of how it all works and everything. I wasn't getting my car shipped until Wednesday May 20 but I called them in March. They did not lose my information and once they had a driver for me the contacted me...I didn't have to call and follow up with them or anything. I really like that they did not take a deposit from me until my car was on the trailer.
The tracker trailer driver was very polite and when he inspected my car he didn't miss a scratch that is for both my and his protection and he really did a good job of pointing out everything that he wrote down on the inspection sheet. I was impressed with the whole process.
I landed in California Monday May 25 at 1230pm, the driver called me at 1pm like he said he would I had my car as soon as I landed the timing could not have been any better.
Final thoughts, The Company gave me a military discount, they were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, I am glad to have found this company. Being in the military one thing is for sure I will move again and with 3 vehicles and 1 trailer, I will use this company again.
