Katie was awesome! She was very friendly and everything happended according to what she said. The car was damaged on the way to New Mexico as a railroad crossing came down onto the vehicle. I'm sure it was a fluke as accidents happen. Katie took immediate action and everything I believe is being resolved. I would recommend this company and I would use them again.
