I am a first time auto transporter customer. I received several quotes with some prices higher, some lower. Review of the company's ratings, license, and customer feedback prompted further follow up. Voice to voice contact with Mariah sealed the deal. She was friendly, knowlegeable and accessible. The vehicle to be transported belongs to my daughter who is going to school in South Carolina. Due to an unexpected event, she had to return home to Michigan prior to the end of the semester and we needed to get her car back here as well. While we were given a 4 day window for transporter contact and pickup, the carrier contacted us the first day, picked the vehicle up within 2 hours of contact, and delivered it to our door the next evening.Should I require another transport in the future, there is no question as to who I will use. Excellent customer service!
