Would not recommend M2Reeves Car Shipping

I had recently submitted a review re: M2Reeves Car Shipping and gave them a very favorable 4 out of 5 stars. They did a good job and everyone was very personable. The only issue I had was that the car was late a day causing me to rent a car for an extra day. They explained that was the driving company's error, not there's. But, for me, as the consumer, I was only dealing with M2 Reeves as they were the ones providing the dates and coordinating the transport of my vehicle.

I thought 4 out of 5 stars was a very good rating, but just minutes after submitting my review, I was called by M2 Reeves who informed me that becuase I did not give them a five-star rating and did not call them before submitting, I would not be given my $50 rebate.

There were other companies that were offering discounts and cheaper rates than M2Reeves, but I enjoyed the service of the staff when I intially called. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in knowing that the very good review I provided M2Reeves resulted in negative phone calls and now complete CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION.

I would NOT recommend M2Reeves.

This customer is lying. We called her to inform her that she had not completed all of the steps necessary to recieve her rebate. She then screamed and cussed at Katie that we were not giving the rebate because of the 4 star rating. Before Katie could respond she cussed more and told Katie to never call her again. We give the $50 rebate to all customers that qualify regardless of how many stars we get and this is published on our website
