Beware of this company - no show and no refund

I had contacted this company well in advance of my move date and made a reservation to have my car shipped. They took my payment in full and told me they would call me once the truck is on the way. However, on the day of the move, when I didn't get any calls, I called them myself and was told the truck was on its way. But as the day went on and I kept getting more anxious, every time I called I would be told that the truck was on its way, that it had broken down or something. Finally, the whole day went by and no one called or bothered to give me any explanation of why the truck never showed up.
The next day, I tried calling them many times, but no one would answer. I gave up on them and found another way to move my car.
In order to retrieve the money I had paid them, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It wasn't until a week after all this happened that this company tried to contact me, and that was only because they had seen the review I had posted about them. They sent me a picture of the letter they'd received from my credit card company informing them that I was disputing the transaction, and claimed that since the transaction had got disputed, they had "returned the money"
This was followed by a week of non stop calling and texting me, harassing me to remove my original review which had said (quite rightfully) that they had stolen our money.
I had decided to give them a break and revise the review to say that the money was eventually returned, but then they sent another message threatening to go to court unless I took down they review. That's when I decided to provide this full explanation of what happened.
They fact that they never bothered even once to call me when their truck was a no show, or do anything to provide an alternative, and then never tried to return the money or anything until the charge was disputed, a week after the move date, makes it very clear that this is an unethical or at the very least, incompetent company. Please beware and take your business elsewhere. They may seem to charge less but that's because there's a good chance they may not show up and try to keep your money. I was put through a lot of stress and disruption of my plans because of them.
