We are first time customers as far as using an auto transport company. After a terrible experience with another transport company (we were messed with for over three weeks with excuse after excuse of why the truck kept breaking down and rescheduling several times) we found Jim Lane with Lane By Lane Auto Transport. He called us right away and took the time to explain the process and how to get out of our terrible situation with the other transport company. After agreeing to do business with Lane By Lane we had our auto in less than two days and it arrived undamaged. The transport driver was polite and courteous as well. We would recommend Lane By Lane to anyone. They did a wonderful job for us!
