Mr. Jeff would not promise what he cannot deliver. And the car was moved across the country in one short week--very impressive, showing what hardworking drivers worked for this company. He was straightforward and honest about the process and the progress on my car from start to end. He kept in contact with me even in the evenings and patiently answered every question I had as a first-time customer of automobile transport. He also tried his best to accomodate me--I wanted the car to be delivered as early as possible and he got it to me first thing in the morning of the day he originally promised it. The driver was very nice and courteous as well. I would use this company again if the need arises, and I will recommend it to any friends and family I know to be moving.
