Very nice peson to deal with

I had a car shipped from the East Coast to a small town in California. Kotermak picked up the vehicle for the last leg of the shipment. The vehicle was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday mid-day. When Vald called me, he told me that there was a possibility that he could deliver it the day before, depending on availability of driver, and delivery time to his place of business.

I mentioned that it was a surprise for my 96 year old father. Dad doesn't drive, but this model vehicle was special to him.

When the car finally arrived to Sacramento, it came very late in the day. Vald brought it up himself, a day early, so that my dad would enjoy the surprise. He didn't have to do that, but it was really nice of him.

The car arrived perfectly, without any incident.

I would definitely use their services again.
