Services were very good from beginning of requesting documentation and proposal for a bid to transporting and delivery of vehicle in Charleston, South Carolina. Good follow-up via email responses and/or phone calls throughout the process to have vehicle. Staff even adjusted the pick-up date and time to accommodate my schedule. On the date of pick up, I was contacted by transport staff with a tentative time for pickup as requested.

The total cost for transporting vehicle was reasonable and in line with other quotes received. I chose the vendor because of reasonable cost and the point to point pickup and delivery features. Contact for delivery only recently moved to Charleston, SC and would not have transportation to pickup vehicle nor familiar with the area.

Transport staff loaded and secured the vehicle promptly upon arrival (less than 30 minutes). Transport staff and I jointly inspected the vehicle prior to departure for any and all physical markings on the car. Transport Company verified and confirmed pickup information and provided company information in the event there were changes in plan upon delivery.

There was a mix up in the financial transaction. Transport Company picking up vehicle was not aware to collect final payment on delivery of vehicle and arrangement had to be made to mail the final payment to transport company.

All staff assisting and performing services were very professional and kept us informed on the progress to fulfill this service.
