I am still so impressed with Jody Moeggenberg, President of Velocity Transport and his customer service. I had put a quote in on-line to have my car shipped at about 8 p.m. one evening. Approximately 15 minutes later I received a call from Jody who was the very first company to respond with a quote. He gave me a great price and explained to me the process. I had shipped a couple of cars in the past with mediocre results. He covered with me the good and the bad when it comes to shipping a car and what to watch out for with some other carriers. He also told me how he started his business and for me to review his record on-line. Long story short, I went with Jody after being bombarded by other companies for over two days. My car involved special handling since it did not run and it did not have brakes! Jody’s service was excellent, he gave me one of the best quotes, and best of all the car was picked up on Wednesday night from Florida and was in my driveway safe and sound in Kansas City on Saturday afternoon! WOW! Can you believe that! Remember, the longer your car is out there riding around on a trailer, the more chances are for damage. Jody, THANKS AGAIN, You are the Man!
